Store and Shipping Policies


Exchange/Refund policy


  • Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition along with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.
  • We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, salable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee and up to 50 percent (50%).
  • Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
  • If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate that in the space available at the bottom of your invoice.
  • All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all item(s) back.
  • Please write the reason for your return and your phone number in the space available at the bottom of your invoice. Keep a copy of the invoice for your records.
  • Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the following address:

Warranty Period
 All of our airsoft guns have a 30-day warranty unless otherwise noted.

 

Accepted Methods of Payment for airsoft products. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover and even check/money order by mail.


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship airsoft guns or any other airsoft products will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 5-10 day delivery time unless the product is backordered or you have selected premium shipping methods.

FedEx Home attempts deliveries Tuesday through Saturday excluding holidays.
FedEx Ground attempts deliveries Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
FedEx Express attempts deliveries Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

 


Shipping Methods. Your airsoft gun or airsoft product can be shipped using UPS Ground Service, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air.


We only sell and ship products in the United States. Sorry but no exceptions.

Damaged Shipments. Damaged airsoft guns or airsoft products from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturers Defects. If an airsoft gun or airsoft product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, check the warranty information if they available. If your product does not a have a warranty,  email our Customer Service department, support@airsofteverything.com, for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return airsoft gun or airsoft product must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@airsofteverything.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RMA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RMA# issued before returned. We can not pay for the return shipping.

If you received a different airsoft gun or airsoft product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective airsoft guns or airsoft products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
